Mad Science Treat: White Chocolate Mice

I really think these would be funnier in white chocolate. They may not taste as good that way, but since I hate white chocolate and I hate chocolate covered cherries, it wouldn't matter much to me.

Can you just image a "Mad Science" party that serves little white mice with red eyes? FREAKING HILARIOUS, I tell you.

You dip the cherries in chocolate, and while they are still warm you stick a chocolate chip to the opposite end from the stem -- this makes the nose/face. Use almond slivers for the ears (also while the chocolate is still melty). Let it cool completely. Using a toothpick, you dot little red eyes on the chip.
