Halloween Banner

Okay, the spotty looking pennants are actually black fabric with silver skulls adorable, but my picture is blurry so you'll have to take my word for it.

Anyway - this is an easy, no-sew project. I measure out double my desired length in a cotton twine/cord, folded it in half and tied a loop in one end (something to hang once it's done).

I cut triangular shapes out of black and skull fabric, folded the top over the twine (one at a time), gluing it closes with fabric glue. I tied a knot after each pennant to keep them from trying to fall into the center as they hang. When I reached the end of my pennant (15 in all) I tied a second loop for hanging.

Ta-dah!

(I'm obviously too tired to blog - it's been a long weekend, please forgive me... I just kinda wanted to share the project)
