This is an important post. Extremely significant, in fact. Something is happening in this post that has never happened on the Creepy Cupcakes blog before: I'm writing this post on my own, home internet (!!!).
We moved into this house well before I started the blog, and since coming to live here we have never had home internet. ...Sure, some neighbors had unprotected WiFi -- but that only lasted about a month, didn't it? 99% of my posts are written days in advance (even at this moment I'm stocked up through the 17th) not so much because I'm a planner, but more because I only have the weekends at coffee shops or my lunch hour to make this blog happen.
I tell you, it's been maddening.
But today the fiance got us internet. Had to have it run in from the street, because no one ever has before.
You can't believe how liberating this is; from this day forward, I might not have to fight with my phone to read other people's blogs! I can comment more freely! I can waste countless hours ...just... blogging.
