The Carrie Cake

Being someone named "Carrie" I really think that I need this cake for my birthday:

Seen originally on Shock Week.

Look, I'll even learn you how to make one for your friend here at CreepyCupcakes, Carrie Mae.

First, watch this video on how to make a princess cake:

Now, make a princess cake. A strawberry blonde doll wearing a light pink (almost white) icing dress would be a plus. A kahlua cake with white chocolate butter cream would just be bonus points.

I would probably paint her in 'blood' with some kind of complimentary sauce -- maybe a raspberry sauce, or some really nice strawberry jam. A little bit of simple syrup with red food coloring would work too, if you like your teeth rotten.

For the roses ... you can buy little tiny roses at just about any craft store, and most walmarts. Just wrap them in a pink napkin (or tie them in a bow with some pink ribbon -- I can't fully remember, but I think that would be more authentic to the movie).

Ta-da! "They're All Going to Laugh At You" sign is totally optional.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CARRIE MAAAAAAAAA--AAAAE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! (It's in December, so we've all got time to practice).
