Does this really work? I'm dying to try it. The fancy wall elements you see in the picture are actually photocopies decoupaged onto the wall with wallpaper glue. It sounds like they photo copies were made, and the designer then hand-painted any extra depth or color.More instructions here.
What isn't a photocopy is a stencil, and I'm smitten. ...we are re-modeling bathrooms right now, after all...
