If you've been following for awhile, you may have noticed I have a slight adoration for a particular video game (series): Silent Hill. Just look back at my references to Robbie Rabbit, or the test pictures I posted of our new video room setup (you'll see the screen size reference features Silent Hill 3).Anyway, whatever - this is only mildly relevant... ATOMIC FOX SAYS THEY ARE MAKING A SEQUEL TO THE MOVIE, AND I AM ECSTATIC!!
The screen adaptation, though it was a weird meshing of several story lines and characters from the game that I found bothersome in a very trivial way, was really special as a horror-flick. Genuinely creepy, it fit the tone of the first three games perfectly. The scene where the main character walked cautiously through a field of bubble-head nurses? Classic.
