Friday's Fantastical Find Giveaway

Although the sun is setting, technically it's still Friday.
So as promised, I'd like to share with you another
FANTASTICAL FIND!
Since Halloween falls on a Saturday this year
I'm sure many of you are planning some sort of
ghoulish gathering which will most likely involve
spending the day slaving over a bubbling cauldron
concocting a frightful feast. To make your day in
the kitchen a little less dreary I'm giving away
this whimsical pot holder and oven glove to one of my
FANTASTICAL FOLLOWERS.
I will be drawing one name from my list of followers
on Tuesday, Sept. 22 so there's still time to enter.
Happy brewing!

A little horn tooting time...
I just found out that Martha Stewart is spotlighting
two pieces of my art on her Halloween central website.
Click HERE and HERE for the links!
I am over the moon.

Halloween Toys

Got a busy day ahead of me....what else is new right?
So I thought I'd begin the day with a little fun before the
business of the day consumes me. Just listed a few new
Halloween themed toys in Etsy. I'll be posting new items
everyday for the rest of the week. So stay tuned.

While I was out and about the other day, I came across
another FANTASTICAL FIND! I think you're going to like this
one. I'll post about it on Friday. Thank you for playing along
on last weeks giveaway. The winner of the Halloween Parasols
is Jade from New Age Dolls. Be sure to check out her creepy cool
art dolls. Not for the faint of heart.
Enjoy the day!

Halloween PFATT Giveaway

have come together to host a Halloween themed giveaway.
Leave a comment on the PFATT blog for a chance to win

Mad Tea Party

Making my daily trek down the hill to the mail box
can be, on occasion, the highlight of my day. It's a
simple ritual of turning a key and unlocking a
designated box. What makes my routine anything
but ordinary is the contents that lie just behind the
locked door. Any day can feel like a holiday when I
open the mail to find a hand written letter, a favorite
magazine, a vacation postcard, or an unexpected gift
from a friend. Last week was a stellar postal week
when I unlocked my box only to discover a small,
whimsically wrapped box from the über talented
Lori of RetroRudolph's.
This darling little Halloween Tea Pot from Lori's
Mad Tea Blog Party giveaway will now hang
year round on my Halloween Tree. Oh happy Day!
Stop by Lori's blog to see her other beautifully crafted,
vintage style paper maché holiday art pieces.

A big heart felt THANK YOU to all my Fantastical Followers
for filling my weekend with good times and giggles.

Mad Tea Party

Today's the day! I thought it would never get here.

The 2nd annual Mad Tea Party hosted by
Vanessa at A FANCIFUL TWIST is now underway!
I'm soooo looking forward to spending
time this weekend blog hopping the party sites.

These are non edible paper clay treats. For display only.

I wouldn't be a very good party host without
offering you some sort of refreshment.
I was up til the wee hours packaging small batches
of mini Alice treats. You can find them in my
ETSY shop by clicking HERE.

Last but not least...
A GIVEAWAY!
On Monday I will draw a name from my list of
FANTASTICAL FOLLOWERS and send them a
goodie bag of party treats. You can enter my
GIVEAWAY by FOLLOWING this blog.
Click on FOLLOW button in the left column.

The stars have aligned once again!
Jennifer over at the Prim Pumpkin created this
spectacular cloth Poe doll and then generously
offered it up as a blog giveaway. Lucky me!
Poe now sits very close to my desk next to a flock
of crows and a pile of tattered books. Visit Jennifer's
blog for some Halloween fun and check out her
recent cloth doll creations.

Queen of Twitter

My oh my... How does anyone get any work done
in this world of obsessive micro marketing?
I think I need a technological time out or a least a day
of making my studio a technology free zone. My head is
buzzing and not in a good way. Time to shut off the computer,
open the window, listen to bird song and pick up the paint brush
but first let me check in on my tweets and twibes on Twitter.
Somebody help me stop the madness...

Click HERE to begin the hunt and to view the
Halloween Swag you'll be winning donated by 16
talented EHAG artists. You're looking for a RED BANNER
with a GOLDEN KEY. Best of luck to all who enter!
